CSANDRE JESANNE WATTLEY, better known as CJ, was born on 4th August 1986 in the fishing village of Island Harbour.

A Former student of Woodbine Pre School, Morris Vanterpool, Stoney Ground Primary and the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School, it’s no surprise this vibrant and energetic young lady will participate in Miss Anguilla Pageant 2008.

She is outgoing, enjoys traveling, meeting people and dancing. Singing is her ultimate passion, no wonder CJ can be often found at any Karaoke spot on Anguilla.

Ms. Wattley graduated from the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School in 2003, achieving 6 o’level passes and a certificate from the Hotel and Motel Association for her Hotel Management class. She then entered the Anguilla Public Service as a Clerical Officer in several departments before enjoying a short stint as a Teacher at the Stoney Ground Primary School.

Her involvement in sporting activities during her academic years, and an active member of the Adventurers Club and subsequently the Pathfinder Club and drumcorp was the ultimate beginning of her love for Social Activities.

Currently an Executive Secretary in the Probations Department, CJ’s passion lies in the Tourism field and has begun online studies leading to her being qualified as a Hospitality and Human Resource Manager in the local Tourism sector, where she hopes to also be certified to train others to work in the same field. CJ looks forward to completing her studies and being able to contribute to the growth and development of Tourism in Anguila/

A past Contestant in Miss Venus 2005 with Best Introductory Speech award, it’s no surprise she’s contributing to this years Anguilla Summer Festival.

“Dare to dream and live those dreams for it’s then you will realize your true destiny.”

No doubt this is CJ’s strength throughout her life.
